The ONPOINT MEDICAL GROUP Pediatric provider will be responsible for both direct patient care and for other administrative duties as designated by the Medical Director and his/her designee and in accordance with the Colorado Medical Practice Act. The Physician Lead will provide the overall direction for all ONPOINT MEDICAL GROUP activities.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING

Physician’s duties include, but are not limited to:

  1. Providing medical services to the patients of the pediatric clinic, inclusive of all functions necessary to provide quality medical care.
  2. Physician with responsibility for any area of the practice that requires physician oversight
  3. Practice using sound medical judgment and adhere to all ethical considerations of the practice of medicine; know limitations and seek consult when advisable; keep abreast of current technologies and industry standards.
  4. Demonstrate on-going support and respect for administration in all communications, either privately with staff or in a group setting; never participate in creating an us vs.them (clinicians vs. administration) mentality;
  5. Address any administrative issues directly and in private with those concerned.
  6. Comply with all HIPAA rules and regulations.

Salary: $130,000 - $160,000 / year
